Repair or Return/Happiness Guarantee

     It is our sincerest wish that every piece you buy from Whims By Tracee meets with your expectations of quality and appearance. From the time of your initial purchase, should something not be right or should a breakage occur through no fault of your own we will set out to make it right for you as our valued customer. 

Please contact us and send pictures of the problem to traceenesbitt@gmail.com  to receive approval for the repair.

  Due to the fact that most of our designs are 'One of a Kind' sometimes an exact replacement part may be slightly different. For instance in a vintage refashioned piece the availability of a certain bead or focal may not be available. Also gems stones will vary in appearance as they are naturally occurring elements. We will strive to redesign your broken piece ensuring the original look of the piece is as similar as possible. 

Please note that the customer is responsible to ship the broken piece back to Whims as their expense. Once we have done the repair Whims will ship back to you the customer expedited via Canada Post at our expense. Usually returns take 3 to 5 days.

Note; all Commissioned custom work that must be previously approved by you the customer, will not be eligible for full refunds unless there is a flaw due to our negligence. All commissioned custom work must be paid in full prior to shipping.

How Do I send my item for repair or Return?

First you must send Whims By Tracee an email @ traceenesbitt@gmail.com with a detailed description and photo if possible, as to what the issue is. Original purchase date and receipt is mandatory.

You will receive a confirmation email to return your item for repair or return. You must then package the damaged item in a padded envelope and mail to us via Canada post or UPS with a tracking number. You will be responsible for the postage on this package.

Please include your name address, phone no., and email. Mail the envelope to Whims By Tracee @ 32 Red Mills Dr. Holland Landing On. L9N 1B5 : Attn to RETURNS AND REPAIRS . We will strive to replace or repair as quickly as possible. Note: some replacement gems can take up to 2 weeks to arrive if not in stock  then the repair will be done and we will ship it back to you at our cost via Canada Post with a tracking number. Once you have received your repaired item please send us an email back so we know you have received the repaired item.

All refunds will be processed in the original purchase method,as soon as the item has been received back at Whims.
