Refund policy

Our mission at WHIMS by Tracee is to create unique one of a kind jewellery designs that you as our valued customer will be proud and comfortable wearing, To this end we strive to produce the most secure, comfortable, unique pieces for you in an affordable result.  If something should break within a relatively short period of time we would like the opportunity to make things right. As long as we feel that no overt abuse has caused the damage we will stand behind our product 100%.

However, if something results in a loss of a unique one of a kind vintage piece or a unique gemstone we will endeavour to replace it with something we feel suits the overall design. We pledge to repair or replace your piece as quickly as possible. You as the customer will be responsible to ship it to us and we will ship back to you at our expense. We will communicate our findings and results via emails. Please include all information in e-mail to:  traceenesbitt@gmail.com give as much info as possible to prevent delays.
